Meet The Artist

I started this adventure in 2020 when life seemed to change for so many people. I was furloughed almost immediately from a natural resource position and began woodworking as a hobby. Slowly but surely it became my full time gig!

I am very fortunate to be able to work and live in a Virginia State Park (way back in the woods) where I have a small she-shed to call my workshop. I use a mix of reclaimed/ recycled/ unwanted and purchased wood to create each unique design. While many of my designs are repeated, no two pieces of wood are identical, which helps to create a unique finish for every piece of artwork.

In my free time I take full advantage of the park's trails, running or playing with my dogs, and going on adventures with my husband!
